Solaris Energy Infrastructure Names Amanda Brock as Co-CEO to Lead Company Alongside Bill Zartler

Solaris Energy Infrastructure has named Amanda Brock as co-CEO, effective October 16, to serve alongside Bill Zartler. Brock has experience in the oil and gas and water sectors, previously serving as CEO of Aris Water. She will join Zartler, who will continue as Chairman and co-CEO.

Solaris Energy Infrastructure (NYSE: SEI) has announced the appointment of Amanda Brock as co-CEO, effective October 16. Brock will serve alongside Bill Zartler, who will continue as Chairman and co-CEO. This strategic move aims to leverage Brock's extensive experience in the oil and gas and water sectors to drive the company's growth.

Brock brings a robust background in water infrastructure and recycling, having recently served as President and CEO of Aris Water Solutions, a company primarily focused on the Permian Basin. Aris Water Solutions went public in 2021 and was recently acquired by Western Midstream. Additionally, Brock is the lead independent director of Coterra Energy and previously held a director position at Macquarie Infrastructure. She also managed global projects for Enron in power and water and served as the CEO of Water Standard before joining Solaris Water Midstream in 2017.

Under Brock's leadership, Solaris Energy Infrastructure aims to capitalize on the growing demand for sustainable and efficient water management solutions. Her appointment underscores the company's commitment to diversifying its portfolio and expanding into new markets.
