Smith Micro Secures $2.65 Million in Funding through Registered and Unregistered Offerings

Smith Micro Software has entered into agreements for a registered offering and an unregistered offering, with the latter including a $1.5 million investment from CEO Bill Smith. The registered offering will raise approximately $1.15 million, while the private placement is expected to raise $1.5 million. The net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
