SmartRent Announces Inducement Grants Under NYSE Listed Company Manual Rule

SmartRent has granted inducement awards to new employees Pankaj Bansi and Sangeeth Ponathil under the SmartRent 2025 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan. Each employee received time-based restricted stock units covering 232,558 shares of SmartRent's Class A common stock, vesting at a rate of 25% annually on each anniversary of the award grant date, subject to continued employment. The awards are subject to the terms of the Inducement Plan and applicable award agreements.
