SL Green Sells 49% Stake in 100 Park Avenue to Rockpoint for $425M

SL Green Realty Corp. and Rockpoint have formed a joint venture for the ownership of 100 Park Avenue. SL Green sold a 49% interest to Rockpoint at a gross asset valuation of $425.0 million. The building is a 36-story, 905,000-square-foot office tower located in Midtown Manhattan with major tenants including Alphasights and Alvarez & Marsal Holdings. Rockpoint has made 106 office investments in the US over three decades, representing 71 million square feet.
