The capital injection will support the company's ongoing expansion and innovation efforts, particularly in the U.S. and Canadian markets [1].

The funding round was led by PCG Advisory, with participation from several prominent investors. The proceeds will be used to further develop and scale SKYX's plug-and-play lighting and smart building technologies. These technologies aim to enhance safety, accelerate installation, and reduce renovation costs, as demonstrated in a recent Marriott SpringHill Suites hotel renovation project [2].

The company's advanced and smart plug-and-play technologies, including ceiling lighting, recessed lights, downlights, wall lights, EXIT and emergency lights, and plug-in LED backlight mirrors, were successfully integrated during the Marriott renovation. This validation underscores SKYX's ability to provide significant time savings and cost savings during hotel renovations, a recurring opportunity given that major hotel chains typically require a full renovation every seven years [1].

Rani Kohen, Founder and Executive Chairman of SKYX, expressed optimism about the company's future. Building on the success of the Marriott renovation, SKYX expects its technologies to be included in additional Marriott projects and anticipates adoption across other hotel brands.
