Skechers International's US IPO Filed With China's CSRC, Plans To Issue About 94.55 Million Shares

On March 13, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a "Notice of Overseas Issuance and Listing of Scage International Limited (Skechers International Co., Ltd.)", and Scage International planned to go public in the United States through the merger with the special purpose acquisition company Finnovate Acquisition Corp. and issue up to 94,547,709 common shares at the same time.
