SITE Centers Corp. Announces Sale of Downtown Short Pump for $31.5 Million

SITE Centers Corp. has sold Downtown Short Pump shopping center in Richmond, VA for approximately $31.5 million, prior to closing costs. The sale allowed for the repayment of $20.1 million of mortgage debt. SITE Centers is a self-administered and self-managed REIT operating on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SITC.
