SiriusXM to Broadcast Live Coverage of 153rd Open Championship on The Open Radio Channel

SiriusXM will offer live on-course coverage of the 153rd Open Championship at Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland from July 17-20. The Open Radio channel will broadcast 45 hours of live coverage across all four rounds of play, with a live post-round show hosted by Chantel McCabe, Jason Sobel, and Taylor Zarzour. SiriusXM's programming lineup includes live shows with current and former players, such as Lucas Glover and Annika Sorenstam.

The Open Radio channel, available to listeners in their cars on channel 92 and on the SiriusXM app, will feature a team of renowned golf experts. The channel will broadcast from 2 am ET on Thursday and Friday, and from 4 am ET on Saturday and Sunday, continuing through the conclusion of each day's play. Immediately following each round, a live post-round show will recap the day's action and look ahead to the next day's events.

SiriusXM's broadcast rights for The Open come through its agreement with the R&A and NBCUniversal. The Open Radio channel will also feature shows hosted by current and former players with extensive major championship experience, including Lucas Glover and Annika Sorenstam. Glover, who has competed in 11 Open Championships, will host his exclusive SiriusXM program, "The Lucas Glover Show," on Tuesday at 8 pm ET. Annika Sorenstam, a legendary 10-time major championship winner, will host "ANNIKA" on Wednesday at 8 pm ET. Rocco Mediate, who competed in nine Open Championships, will host "The Rocco Hour" on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7 pm ET.
