SilverBox Corp V Announces Upsized $240 Million IPO with NYSE Listing

SilverBox Corp V has priced its upsized initial public offering of 24 million units at $10 each, raising $240 million. The units, expected to be listed on the NYSE on Dec 3, consist of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a redeemable warrant. The offering is expected to close on Dec 4, subject to customary conditions. Santander US Capital Markets LLC is the sole book-running manager.
