Shiprocket Files Revised IPO Papers for Rs 2,342 Crore Offering

Shiprocket, a logistics startup, has filed a revised draft prospectus for a Rs 2,342 crore IPO. The company is looking to raise Rs 1,100 crore in fresh capital through the offering, while investors and founders will sell shares through an offer-for-sale component. Shiprocket reported operating revenue of Rs 943 crore for the six months ended September, up 15% YoY, and a net loss of Rs 38 crore, down from Rs 42 crore in the same period last year.
