Shake Shack and Maxim's Caterers to Open 15 Locations in Vietnam by 2035

Shake Shack Inc. and Maxim's Caterers Limited plan to open 15 locations in Vietnam by 2035, with the first location set to debut in 2026. Maxim's operates 52 Shake Shack locations across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand, and boasts a portfolio of over 2,000 outlets. The menu will feature signature items and Shake Shack will partner with local producers and artists to support the Vietnamese community.

Shake Shack Inc. (NYSE: SHAK) and Maxim’s Caterers Limited have announced plans to open 15 locations in Vietnam by 2035, with the first flagship location set to debut in 2026. This expansion follows a successful partnership that has seen Maxim’s operate 52 Shake Shack locations across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand, with a portfolio of over 2,000 outlets [1].

Shake Shack will also partner with local producers, purveyors, and artists to support and reflect the vibrant Vietnamese community, aligning with its purpose to "Stand for Something Good®" [1].

This expansion is part of Shake Shack’s broader strategy to continue its international growth. Since its inception in 2004, the company has expanded to over 610 locations worldwide, including over 210 international locations across various countries.
