AT&T Settlement Checks Expected After January 15, 2026, Following $177 Million Class Action Settlement

AT&T has agreed to a $177 million class action settlement related to data breaches in 2024. Eligible customers who filed claims by Dec. 18, 2025, may receive up to $7,500. The final approval hearing is scheduled for Jan. 15, 2026, and settlement checks are expected to be mailed after that. The breaches affected about 7.6 million people who held AT&T accounts in 2024 and approximately 65.4 million individuals who had accounts between 2019 and 2024.
