The ServiceNow Security Incident Response integration with AWS Security Hub automatically creates security incidents in SecOps on the Now Platform, reducing response and remediation time. Additionally, the integration with Amazon Business Procurement provides greater visibility into approved suppliers, purchase requests, price changes, order confirmations, and shipping notifications, simplifying the approval and onboarding process for Amazon Business as a supplier.

The expanded partnership is set to reach Canada and Europe in 2025, targeting sectors such as telco, technology, financial services, education, and retail. This geographic expansion will drive growth and market penetration by leveraging AWS's advanced cloud capabilities and ServiceNow's innovative solutions, helping customers accelerate business outcomes and realize cloud value.

Key industry players, such as Bell Canada, Boomi, and Pearson, have already reported significant benefits and cost savings from the existing ServiceNow-AWS partnership.
