ServiceNow has acquired Veza, a cybersecurity software startup, to enhance its identity and access management platform for both humans and AI agents. The acquisition will help customers track AI agent access and strengthen their ability to deliver on AI plans while ensuring security and governance. Veza's "Access Graph" technology maps relationships and access privileges across human, AI agent, devices, and data pools in real-time.
