SentinelOne, Inc. has announced that Tomer Weingarten, Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer, has executed a transaction on September 11, 2023, involving the sale of 162,794 shares at a price of $18.38 per share.

SentinelOne Inc. (NYSE: S) has announced its intention to acquire Observo AI, a data platform focused on AI-native telemetry pipeline management. The acquisition aims to bolster SentinelOne's AI SIEM and data business, enabling customers to handle their security data more efficiently by simplifying, unifying, and automating the fight against modern cyber threats SentinelOne to acquire Observo AI to boost AI-native security data[1].

The acquisition will integrate Observo AI's real-time data streaming platform, which processes telemetry data in real time, into SentinelOne's Singularity Platform.
