SEGG Media Acquires Supermajority of Veloce Media Group, Appoints Quadrant CEO Jamie MacLaurin as SVP

SEGG Media has acquired a supermajority stake in Veloce Media Group, with co-founder Jamie MacLaurin appointed Senior Vice President of SEGG's sports business. MacLaurin has built Quadrant, a motorsport business spanning apparel, athletes, content, and partnerships, and will continue to lead Veloce and Quadrant while identifying commercial opportunities for SEGG's sports business. The acquisition is expected to contribute $20 million in annual revenue to SEGG and simplify the capital structure, supporting growth initiatives across the combined platform.
