SDS Group Acquires Mamee Bakery's Factories and Production Lines for RM28mil

SDS Group Bhd has acquired seven parcels of land with factories in Johor Bahru and their entire production lines for RM28mil from Mamee Bakery Sdn Bhd. The production lines will be used for the production and packaging of London/Tora Swiss Roll, layer cakes, and bear cakes. The acquisitions will be funded by internally generated funds and/or bank borrowings. Shares in SDS rose 1.5 sen or 2.29% to 67 sen apiece.
