The MUSE™ system, designed for minimally invasive GERD treatment, grants SciSparc access to a market projected to grow from $2.5 billion in 2024 to $3.03 billion by 2030. The transaction involves issuing 19.99% of SciSparc’s shares to Xylo, leveraging Xylo’s prior commercialization success in China, where it secured a $3 million upfront payment in 2019.
