SciSparc to Acquire AutoMax Motors in Reverse Merger

SciSparc announces that AutoMax Motors shareholders have approved the proposed merger with SciSparc. The merger will result in SciSparc acquiring 100% of AutoMax's share capital, expanding SciSparc's operations into the automotive sector through AutoMax's import and distribution of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp. electric vehicles. The closing of the merger is subject to customary closing conditions, including Israeli court approval.
