Scandinavian Astor Group AB announced that its associated company, Nordic Shield Group AB (NSG), has secured a SEK 40 million order for security structures through its wholly owned subsidiary, Cesium AB according to the company announcement. The order, sourced from a defense actor in the Western world, is slated for delivery in 2025. The transaction highlights NSG's role in providing high-level protective solutions, including shelters, data centers, and containers designed to mitigate threats.

Astor Group's CEO, Mattias Hjorth, emphasized that the order reflects the growing demand for specialized security infrastructure and underscores the strategic value of NSG within the Group's Astor Protect business area. The company noted that its 30% stake in NSG aligns with its broader strategy to strengthen its position in the defense sector, a market projected to remain resilient due to persistent security challenges.

Due to industry confidentiality requirements, no further details about the customer or project specifications were disclosed. NSG plans to introduce new solutions in 2025, aiming to expand its offerings in the protection and security market.

Scandinavian Astor Group, listed on NGM Nordic SME (ticker: ASTOR) and Boerse Stuttgart, operates through three business areas—Astor Tech, Astor Industry, and Astor Protect— serving defense, industrial, and public safety sectors. The Group is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
