Satellogic and HEO Expand Partnership for Enhanced Space Domain Awareness

Satellogic has expanded its partnership with HEO, granting exclusive access to its high-resolution satellite constellation. The agreement enhances capabilities in monitoring Resident Space Objects (RSOs), including active satellites and space debris, and strengthens Satellogic's market position and space domain awareness capabilities. The collaboration will power HEO's proprietary HEO Inspect platform, providing high-frequency imaging of RSOs and advancing in-orbit inspection services.

Satellogic Inc. (NASDAQ: SATL) and HEO have announced an expanded agreement that grants HEO exclusive access to Satellogic's high-resolution satellite constellation. This collaboration aims to advance space domain awareness capabilities, particularly in monitoring Resident Space Objects (RSOs), including active satellites and space debris.

Under the new agreement, HEO will leverage Satellogic's high-frequency, high-resolution imaging to power its proprietary HEO Inspect platform. This platform will enable HEO to deliver on-demand, high-frequency satellite inspection and insights services across its growing non-Earth imaging network.

The agreement builds on a multi-year collaboration between the two companies, which began in 2020. It reflects a deepening of joint efforts to make space safer, more transparent, and commercially viable. Satellogic's constellation will provide prioritized, high-frequency imaging of RSOs to support HEO's in-space inspection services.
