Saratoga Investment Corp declares $0.50 per share dividend.

Saratoga Investment Corp. declared a special cash distribution of $0.25 per share, in addition to its previously announced $0.25 per share monthly regular dividend. The special dividend will be paid on December 18, 2025, to shareholders of record as of December 2, 2025. Total dividend declarations for the fiscal third quarter amount to $1.00 per share.
