SAP TM: Leveraging Goods Receiving Hours for Accurate Transportation Planning

SAP TM can use business partner 'goods receiving hour' definitions instead of calendar resources for ship-to locations. This enhancement is available in SAP S/4HANA releases up to 2022 through an implicit enhancement spot implementation. For releases 2023 and onwards, a new BAdI is provided to adjust operating times in embedded scheduling, VSR optimizer, and TRS scheduling. The goods receiving hours can be configured for different scenarios and a CDS view is available for basic goods receiving hours data.
