SAP Cloud Identity Services improve system integration, provide a seamless user experience, and enhance security and compliance. The Authorization Management Service (AMS) is a part of SAP Cloud Identity Services that provides libraries and services for developers to declare, enforce, and manage instance-based authorization checks. AMS is recommended for newly built applications and is integrated with the Cloud Application Programming model (CAP) for easy-to-consume plug-ins. The CAP application can be integrated with AMS using the cds add ams command.
