Sadot Group Inc. has signed a letter of intent to sell its Pokemoto and Muscle Maker Grill restaurant chains for $4.25 million. The transaction, expected to be completed within 30-45 days, includes a $100,000 deposit and calls for a total purchase price of $4.25 million consisting of $2.5 million in cash and the remaining $1.75 million in secured notes. Sadot Group will focus on its agri-food business after the sale, and the company expects to benefit from cost savings in various areas.
