Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund[IAE] has announced that Saba Capital Management, L.P., a 10% owner of the fund, has executed two transactions involving the sale of shares. On January 30, 2026, Saba Capital Management sold 6,670 shares at a price of $8.16 per share, while on January 29, 2026, the entity sold 9,836 shares at a price of $8.17 per share.
