Ryde Group: board appointed Tee Kok Siong to serve as co's CFO

Ryde Group has announced the appointment of Tee Kok Siong as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Kok Siong will oversee the company’s financial strategy, treasury operations, risk management, and data analytics functions, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Tee Kok Siong brings extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of Link REIT. In that role, he led finance, treasury, and insurance operations, while jointly managing procurement and quantity surveying functions with the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Link, Mr. Kok Siong held senior executive roles at CapitaLand Group, including Chief Corporate Development Officer and CFO of CapitaMalls Asia Limited. His career also includes experience with multinational energy firms such as Exxon Mobil and Royal Dutch Shell.

Mr. Kok Siong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and has participated in executive education programs at Dartmouth College. His appointment follows a strategic leadership transition at Ryde Group, reflecting the company’s focus on strengthening its financial governance and long-term growth objectives.
