Ryan McCarthy has joined Runway Growth Capital as a Managing Director, bringing 19 years of experience in venture debt, debt advisory, and investment banking. He will focus on origination efforts within the technology market, sourcing and structuring new investment opportunities and deepening relationships with founders, management teams, and financial sponsors. McCarthy previously worked at Capital Advisors Group, advising high-growth tech and life sciences companies on debt financing strategies.
