Royce Small-Cap Trust Declares $0.30 Per Share Distribution

Royce Small-Cap Trust has declared a quarterly distribution of $0.30 per share, optionally payable in additional shares or in cash. The distribution is to be paid on March 30, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2026. The estimated sources of the distribution are 32% from net realized short-term gains and 68% from net realized long-term gains.
