RLI Corp. Announces Todd Bryant's Retirement as CFO; Aaron Diefenthaler Named Successor

Todd Bryant, RLI Corp.'s Chief Financial Officer, will retire on December 31, 2025, after more than 30 years with the company. Aaron Diefenthaler, currently Chief Investment Officer & Treasurer, will succeed Bryant as CFO effective January 1, 2026. Bryant will remain in an advisory role through mid-2026. Diefenthaler has held leadership roles at RLI and other companies, and holds a bachelor's degree in finance and an MBA.
