Ritsumeikan University Dominates UK's 2nd Ekiden Relay Race

The FT Nikkei U.K. Ekiden, a long-distance relay race, was held in Windsor, UK, with 31 universities and companies from Japan and the UK participating. Kyoto's Ritsumeikan University won the championship. The race aims to spread the Ekiden's culture in the UK, inspired by the Hakone Ekiden, one of Japan's most famous university races. The event is sponsored by the Financial Times and Nikkei.
