Ripple has announced that its annual conference, Swell, will take place Oct. 27-29 in New York City, combining with Apex for a unified event. The conference has historically moved around major global financial and tech hubs, but this is the first time it will be hosted in New York back-to-back. Despite major announcements and high-profile participation at previous events, the XRP price did not see a sustained uptick.
