Ring Energy Grants Inducement Awards to CFO Sonu Johl

Ring Energy has granted inducement awards to Sonu Johl, its Executive Vice President and CFO, comprising 317,460 restricted stock units and 476,190 performance stock units. The awards vest in three equal annual installments beginning March 5, 2027, and are subject to performance goals and continued service through December 31, 2028. The inducement awards were approved by the Board of Directors and made as an inducement to Mr. Johl's employment with the Company.
