RGA Posts Q4 2025 Net Income of $463m, Up 212% YoY

Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) reported Q4 2025 net income of $463m, up from $148m in the same period a year earlier. Total net premiums for the quarter were $4.8bn, a 15% increase from the previous year. Adjusted operating income reached $515m, compared to $334m in Q4 2024. The company's full-year net income increased 64.9% to $1.18bn, and adjusted operating income reached $1.52bn.
