Repare Shareholders Approve Acquisition by XenoTherapeutics, Inc.

Repare Therapeutics' shareholders have approved the acquisition by XenoTherapeutics, a non-profit biotech company. The special resolution was approved by 99.76% of votes cast, excluding those required to be excluded under MI 61-101. Shareholders also approved advisory compensation for the company's named executive officers and the liquidation and dissolution of Repare in the event the acquisition is terminated.
