Rekor Systems Raises $15mln in Underwritten Registered Direct Offering

Rekor Systems has priced an underwritten registered direct offering of 8,571,428 units at $1.75 per unit, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase one share at $2.40 per share. The offering is expected to raise approximately $15 million, with net proceeds used for working capital, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes. William Blair is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
