Regions Financial Declares Quarterly Dividends

Regions Financial Corp. has declared quarterly dividends for common and preferred stockholders. The common stock will receive $0.265 per share, payable on April 1, 2026, to record holders on March 2, 2026. Series E Preferred Stock will receive $11.125 per share and Series F Preferred Stock will receive $17.375 per share, both payable on March 16, 2026, to record holders on March 2, 2026.
