ReAlpha Tech Corp. Acquires PreVu Inc. for $4.5 Million in Cash, Shares, and Installments

ReAlpha Tech Corp. acquired PreVu, Inc. for $4.5 million, consisting of $0.75 million in cash, $1.25 million in shares, and $2.5 million payable in four tranches over 18 months. The acquisition was approved by the boards of directors and will result in PreVu operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ReAlpha Tech Corp. Vstock Transfer, LLC and OGC Solutions LLP acted as transfer agent and legal advisors, respectively. Goodwin Procter LLP acted as legal advisor for PreVu.
