Real Brokerage Inc. settles litigation with former CFO, Michelle Ressler, without any payment to be made.

The Real Brokerage Inc. has reached a settlement in principle with its former Chief Financial Officer, Michelle Ressler, dismissing the court action. Pursuant to the agreement, Real will not make any payment to Ressler and she will reimburse the company for personal charges made on its corporate credit card. The parties are working to finalize the terms of a written settlement agreement.
