Rayonier and PotlatchDeltic Announce Merger Completion, Create New Company with Diverse Timberland Portfolio and Operations

Rayonier and PotlatchDeltic have closed their merger of equals, creating a company with over 4 million acres of timberland in the US. The combined company will retain the Rayonier name and ticker symbol "RYN" until a new name and symbol are announced in Q1 2026. The senior leadership team will consist of equal representation from both companies. The new Board of Directors will consist of 10 members, with Eric J. Cremers as Executive Chairman and Scott R. Jones as Lead Independent Director.
