RadNet Expands into Indiana with Acquisition of Northwest Radiology, Adding $18M in Annual Revenue

RadNet has acquired Northwest Radiology Network's outpatient imaging assets, marking its entry into Indiana and expanding its presence in the Midwestern US. The six acquired centers are in the greater Indianapolis area, and 18 radiologists will continue to provide professional services. The acquisition is projected to add $18 million in revenue on an annualized basis to RadNet.
