Radiant Logistics Acquires Universal Logistics, Inc. to Enhance Its Air and Ocean Freight Capabilities

Radiant Logistics has acquired Universal Logistics, a Texas-based company that operates under its Airgroup brand. Universal services a diversified account base, specializing in time-sensitive domestic and international air and ocean freight for the oilfield services and HVAC industries. The acquisition is expected to combine with existing Company-owned operations in the area, with Universal transitioning to the Radiant brand over 2025.
