QuinStreet has agreed to acquire HomeBuddy, a digital marketplace platform that matches homeowners with home services professionals. HomeBuddy will integrate into QuinStreet's Modernize Home Services business, adding high-intent leads, new consumer brand, and new home services professionals to the network.
