Quantum-Si Launches Version 3 Library Preparation Kit and Enhanced Data Analysis Tools for Improved Proteomics Analysis.

Quantum-Si has launched a Version 3 Library Preparation Kit that requires 200 ng or less of total protein input, a 100-fold improvement over the current kit. The new kit enables detection of proteins in mixtures with as little as 1-2 ng of protein. The company has also announced a suite of data analysis tool enhancements, including the ability to detect an additional amino acid (methionine), improved peptide alignment accuracy, and enhanced protein inference performance and interpretability.
