Purple Q3 Revenue Misses Estimates, Stock Drops 3.6%

Purple (NASDAQ:PRPL) reported Q3 CY2025 revenue of $118.8 million, missing estimates by 3.6% YoY. The company's non-GAAP loss of $0.08 per share beat analyst estimates by 17.9%. Full-year revenue guidance of $475 million at the midpoint came in 0.6% above analysts' estimates. Purple's operating margin improved to -10.2%, up from -39.5% in the same quarter last year.
