Pure Cycle appoints new director, expands board to 8 members.

Pure Cycle Corporation announced the appointment of Daniel J. Roller, President of Maran Capital Management, to its Board of Directors, expanding the board to 8 members. The appointment, made in cooperation with Maran, which owns 14.7% of Pure Cycle's common shares, brings new skillsets and capabilities to the board. Roller will chair a Strategy and Capital Allocation Committee, formed in connection with his appointment.
