PublicSquare Announces $7.5M Registered Direct Offering with Existing Investor

PublicSquare has entered into a definitive agreement for a $7.5 million registered direct offering. The company will issue 6,818,184 shares of Class A common stock and accompanying warrants to purchase up to 8,522,730 shares of Class A common stock at a purchase price of $1.10 per share. The warrants have an exercise price of $1.18 per share.
