Prosus, Naspers name Fabricio Bloisi as CEO

Prosus N.V. (PRX) and Naspers (NPN) announced on May 17, 2024, the appointment of Fabricio Bloisi as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of both companies, effective July 1, 2024 [1]. Bloisi, currently the CEO of iFood, will succeed Ervin Tu, who served as interim CEO since January 2024.
