Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. has completed its merger with Southwest Bancshares, Inc., expanding Prosperity's presence in Texas. The merged entity will operate under the Prosperity Bank name, with Texas Partners Bank locations transitioning to Prosperity Bank in November 2026. Prosperity's total assets now stand at $38.463 billion, and the bank operates 301 full-service locations across Texas and Oklahoma.
