ProAssurance Reports Q3 2025 Results with Net Income of $1.4mln, Operating Income of $7.9mln

ProAssurance reported Q3 2025 net income of $1.4m, or $0.03 per diluted share, and operating income of $7.9m, or $0.15 per diluted share. Consolidated net premiums written were $261.3m, with Specialty P&C renewal premium increases of 8% and a 109.1% Non-GAAP combined ratio for the segment. Book value per share was $25.37 at September 30, 2025, up $1.88 from year-end 2024.
